Abstract

Pandemi saat ini telah membuat kita harus meredifinisi arti kata me-ruang. Banyak hal yang membuat kita harus merubah cara pandang terhadap cara kita berkehidupan sehari-hari. Dari cara berpakaian, beribadah, makan di restoran, antri membeli tiket, rapat, makan, hingga saat kita pulang ke rumah selepas beraktivitas di luar rumah. Makalah ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran krisis yang terjadi saat ini terkait dengan pengalaman meruang dengan mengulas isu terkini tentang pengaruh pandemi terhadap aspek arsitektural dan urbanisme. Secara deskriptif, kajian interdisipliner terkait pandemi didiskusikan dan disandingkan dengan melihat beberapa topik resiliensi lokalitas di nusantara. Masyarakat nusantara memiliki berbagai cara untuk bertahan namun tampaknya pandemi mengharuskan kita untuk merubah pola pikir tentang bagaimana perencanaan arsitektur maupun kota yang mengutamakan faktor kesehatan dan tangguh terhadap kondisi seperti sekarang ini, karena ini bukan yang pertama kali dan (sepertinya) akan berulang kembali. Dan arsitektur tidak bisa menjawab ini sendirian.
